Valentine’s Day is around the corner! When I think about Valentine’s Day, I think indulgence. And when I think indulgence, I think pasta.. and CHOCOLATE. In the past few years, my boyfriend has made a reservation at a fancy restaurant for V-Day- which is AWESOME for a food lover like me, but this year I am opting to save the dough and prepare a big fancy meal for ourselves at home. So, I’ve scoured the internet and found some great recipes that look amazing to make on V-Day, and wanted to share them here just incase you’re in the same cooking spirit! Poached Yolk-Stuffed Ravioli Paella Stuffed Shells with Chorizo and Saffron Chicken Pesto Pasta To finish off a lovely feast, this chocolate pudding is a perfect end to your meal (or really on any day). It only took about 15 minutes to prepare, and toppings are limitless! I chose to go with raspberries and chopped almonds.
