Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 C).
Toss the fresh blueberries in 1 T flour. This will prevent the blueberries from sinking to the bottom of the loaf. Set aside.
In a standing mixer, combine oil and sugar and mix on medium speed. Add eggs, scrape down sides. Alternately add wet and dry ingredients until thoroughly combined. Fold in blueberries with a rubber spatula.
Grease a loaf pan and pour in batter.
Check loaf after 40 minutes of baking. If a toothpick inserted comes out clean, you’re good to go! Remove from oven and let it cool.
A tip to keep loaf perfectly moist: Immediately wrap baked loaf in plastic wrap and place in the fridge. Wait 8+ hours to slice into it. Enjoy!
