Cherry Butterscotch Bars
Butterscotch blondies with fresh cherries
- 12 oz butter
- 3 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 2 cups pitted cherries, fresh
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Use a quarter sheet tray, spray and put parchment on the bottom.
Melt butter. In a mixing bowl, put brown sugar and salt. Add melted butter. Add eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla, then flour. Fold in cherries with a spatula.
Pour batter into prepared quarter sheet tray.
Bake for 35 minutes. Cool completely before cutting, and enjoy!
