White Chocolate Fudge

White Chocolate Fudge with Raspberry & Salted Almonds
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup freeze dried raspberries
- 1/2 cup salted almonds, chopped
Prepare an 8”x8” cake pan with some parchment paper.
Over a double boiler, melt together white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk
Once smooth, fold in almonds and freeze dried raspberries. Pour into prepared pan, and chill for 1 hour. Cut in 1” pieces and enjoy!
