It’s never NOT pie season in my opinion 🥧 Don’t let summer go by without making this Blackberry-Lemonade Pie! Recipe from my book, Pies That Inspire, below!

Brown Butter Graham Crust:
10 Tbsp butter
2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/4 tsp salt

Blackberry Lemonade Filling:
3/4 cup fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup fresh blackberries
2 cans sweetened condensed milk
1/4 cup sour cream
Zest of 1 lemon

Directions:
Brown butter in a heavy bottom sauce pot, remove from heat and let it cool. In a large bowl, combine graham crumbs, sugar, salt. Pour in the brown butter and stir to combine. Press into a springform pan and chill while preparing the filling.

Preheat oven to 350F. In a blender, combine lemon juice and blackberries. Blend until smooth and strain out seeds. Pour into a large bowl and whisk in lemon zest, sweetened condensed milk, and sour cream. Pour filling over chilled crust and bake for 6 minutes. Chill pie in the refrigerator for 1 hour before serving. Garnish with berries, lemon wedges, or whipped cream! Enjoy!
