Agua Fresca’s

It’s been a crazy past few weeks for me. At my company, it’s either slow or CRAZY busy. No in between. These past two weeks have consisted of pulling off events of 2000+ people with limited staff while maintaining restaurant service in a location 30 miles away! Are you kidding me? Quite the challenge, but the *craziest* part is over, and we’re able to sleep in an extra hour again. With puppy snuggles, and lots of them.

I’m not sure about the weather where you are, but it’s been HOT HOT HOT here. And humid, more so than usual. One go-to quick and easy drink I like to make are Agua Fresca’s. They’re super easy to make (like, SUPER easy), budget friendly (we’re talking a few dollars-max), and 100% delicious and refreshing on hot, humid days. It’s summer time friends! Let’s put those wonderfully ripe melons to use here! All you need is a decent blender, a strainer, and your favorite glassware you’d like to show off.

Optional: Throw in some of your favorite white wine or champagne if you’re feeling frisky!
